Delete your HEIMAR account

You can delete your HEIMAR account and all its data at any time.

From the app

1. Open HEIMAR and sign in.
2. Go to Profile › Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

It is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email appheimar@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete it within 15 business days at most and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

Everything: your email and sign-in, your profile, workouts, routines, measurements, notes, settings, your cloud photos and your Pro plan. We keep no copy. Data stored only on your phone, and backups you exported yourself, are out of our reach: they are removed when you uninstall the app or delete those files.
